The All-Star Owner badge is RealDealRide's highest recognition for exceptional owners who consistently deliver outstanding rental experiences. It's awarded quarterly to owners who meet our strict performance standards across five key metrics.

Owners are evaluated automatically every quarter — no application needed. If you hit all five thresholds in the evaluation window, the All-Star badge appears on your profile and stays for the following quarter.

Your average guest rating across all trips in the evaluation quarter must stay at or above the threshold.

No application is necessary. The All-Star program is 100% automatic. Our system evaluates every active owner at the close of each quarter. If you meet all five criteria, you'll be notified by email and the badge will appear on your profile within 14 days of the quarter ending.

Yes. If you believe a review violates our content guidelines — for example, it contains false information, discriminatory language, or is clearly retaliatory — you can submit a formal review dispute via the Owner Dashboard. Our Trust team reviews disputes within 5 business days. Verified policy-violating reviews can be removed. Note that simply disagreeing with a review's opinion is not grounds for removal.

If your metrics fall below any threshold in a given quarter, your All-Star badge will be removed at the start of the following quarter. You'll lose access to the associated benefits until the badge is re-earned. You can re-qualify as early as the next quarter by meeting all five requirements again. There is no penalty or waiting period beyond losing the badge itself.

Yes and no. The 10-trip minimum is counted across all your listings combined, so more listings can help you hit the number faster. However, your rating, response rate, and cancellation rate are also averaged across all listings — so more cars means more responsibility. Managing several listings poorly will hurt your aggregate score faster than managing one car well.

Yes. Once you receive the All-Star badge, the reduced commission rate is applied automatically to all new bookings starting from your badge activation date. No action needed on your part. The reduced rate will be visible in your payout breakdown under each trip's earnings summary.
