Owners are evaluated automatically every quarter — no application needed. If you hit all five thresholds in the evaluation window, the All-Star badge appears on your profile and stays for the following quarter.

All five criteria must be met within the evaluation quarter. Miss one and you'll need to wait for the next window — so consistency is everything.
Your average guest rating across all trips in the evaluation quarter must stay at or above the threshold.
You need a minimum number of completed trips in the quarter to demonstrate consistent hosting activity.
Respond to at least 90% of booking requests and inquiries within 24 hours of receiving them.
Keep your owner-initiated cancellations as low as possible. Even one unnecessary cancellation hurts your score.
Trips that are booked and confirmed must be completed successfully — no last-minute issues or no-shows.
No outstanding violations, active disputes, fraud flags, or policy breaches on your account during the period.
